Thanks for posting this link -- an enjoyable read with great photos. I have always wanted to climb Rainier but have not made it there yet.

Rainier is a great climb. I just returned from Co. last night. Crossed 4 more 14ers from my list. 26 to go.

Which ones did you climb. I'm looking for recommendations in Colorado.

Bierstadt, Evans, Torreys, Grays, Quandary, Sherman, Blanca, Ellingwood Point, Humbolt, Pikes, Harvard, San Luis, Castle, Democrat, Lincoln, Bross, Yale, Columbia, Huron, Wetterhorn, Capitol, Shavano, Tabeguache, Antero, El Diente, Wilson, Sneffels.
Pretty sure that was the exact order. I also attempted North Maroon but couldn't summit because of weather.,
There is a book called "The Colorado 14ers, The Standard Routes". It is on Amazon for a couple dollars- used. It gives difficulty levels and pretty good directions to trailheads.
There are no easy 14ers but the least technical climbs are the first 5 on my list. (not sure how much climbing experience you have). If you want any other info pm me, I would be glad to help.
