Lame duck politics. Holder's ruling crests the same wave as Obama's belated focus on soaking the rich and leashing telecom providers. Shoring up their base, knowing full well it hasn't a chance in hell. They "dance with those what brung them."

Too little, too late. If by some miracle the hope and change crowd did have any balls, they would have taken the drug war tactics and applied them to the financial sector. Wouldn't that have been sweet?
