About half the bikes in my area are baggers ridden by guys my age, and most of them with straight pipes. What's up with that? When I hit middle age, I wasn't seized by an uncontrollable urge to be obnoxious.

That bike may start at $17k but by the time the salesguy is done working the accessories you "need" into it, it's going to be every bit of $30k.

And as a life-long rider, I would move to an electric bike tomorrow if I could get 300 miles out of a charge. Even 150 miles if the price was low enough to justify two bikes.
