1) get a cup and a piece of hose
2) go find your neighbor's car
3) siphon gasoline from neighbor's car into cup
4) soak a rag or paper bag with some gasoline
4) place rag over mouth and inhale deeply several times
5) watch video

I don’t remember this stupid scene from the film; of course I was stoned to the gills when I saw it and remember the movie as being funny.
