I figured he had died years ago and Raul was scared to tell people.
I say we give them 1 year of grieving and then carpet bomb them with Midwesterners on cruise ships looking for the Senor Frogs and Cuban cigars made in the DR.

Actually we have to be careful and invest wisely, I figure it will take almost a year to get the their banking systems ready to skim all the credit cards. After that we need the extra-wide toilets installed and malls built.
Seriously - who want's to visit another country and culture if they don't have malls and Appleby's?!?
