We rode Small World once when the sound system went out - it was truly creepy and the kids started crying.  There were just flashing lights and squeaking, creaking machines.

(My brothers & I and our wives tried singing the song but I think that only made it worse.)

Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress is just as bad with that "It's a great big beautiful tomorrow" song blasting.  Wifey and I spent two one week vacations on the Orlando property when we were younger.  We made sure that we ticked all the tacky indoor rides and attractions at the Magic Kingdom.  Hall of Presidents, Small World, Beautiful Tomorrow, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and one with an animatronic Ellen DeGeneres that I don't remember the name of that had old movie sets like Wizard of Oz.

Personally, I think it was a mistake to have Stacey Abrams provide the response and shows that the DNC still has a blind spot regarding the nature and makeup of the people who voted in the 2018 blue wave and may not do so again.  Of course the WaPo disagrees with me (Go Incognito) but the liberals seem to think that she's the next Governor of Georgia and the presumptive Democratic candidate for President in 2028.
