Nah they don't appoint incompetent friends and family to places where they will be questioned or embarrass them. They don't run their mouths off on twitter or bluster on about themselves. This guy doesn't have very much money and every single thing he has is leveraged to the hilt, hell he's not even a billionaire in this world of $100m golden parachutes.

While I'm no fanboi, I've been impressed by Trumps ability to hang on. He's certainly not old money, just a climber, but he's been a tenacious climber. In the last 30 years, since I was a kid, I can't say that I've read or heard one sincere appreciation for the skill to never say never. So many other "moguls" climb fast, flare out and sink away forever. But Trump has never gone gracefully into that good night, be the mysterious man who never leaves his suites in Palm Beach and tries to make his remaining $100m last through a couple more wifes and a few more years. Nope, he climbs back on the seat at the dunk tank and looks you in the eye, grinning that stupid ass duckface grin.
I'm sure he's made all kinds of back room deals to get back to the top each time. Maybe some of those are coming due now that he's the most powerful man in the world. People who voted Trump because they didn't want a politician were idiots. He's the worlds greatest politician, that's the only way to get through the system. So don't act like favors wouldn't have come due if Hillary was in the Oval. I'm sure her IOU is on a few papers around town too.

Turns out that Hillary actually was the first person to the top. He told Tenzing Norgay to say that they both climbed to the top at the same time. Colonel Hunt, the expedition leader, declared, "They reached it together, as a team."
