Nothing raises my hackles more than teachers who enter the profession in an attempt to relive their glory days (or who hope that they can FINALLY be “popular”). These teachers thrive on the students’ drama and gossip. They would rather be liked than respected. They compromise their integrity in an effort to be “cool” in the eyes of their students. Whenever you see a teacher on the news who has had an affair with a student, you can rest assured that it’s one of these teachers.

'cause, speaking for myself, I couldn't wait to get out of school and you couldn't pay me enough pussy to go back. I just assume that everyone else sees it the same way, because the thought of a human being wanting to go back to high/middle school fills me with such a sadness that I wish I'd never taken that motherfucker's sin upon my own ass.

But we all know there really are such people--plenty of them, for whom high school really was the high point of their lives. We all know some of them; usually they never move away from their home town, and they reminisce endlessly. They're the losers who send you those reunion letters.
Even when I was a teen myself, I shuddered at (and rejected) the notion that the "best years" of my life could be at their very beginning. I was not prescient enough, however, to imagine that I'd ever feel pity for the football stars and the cheerleader princesses...and to be honest, it isn't much pity.

I shuddered when I was told the same thing by a fellow student. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I still feel tremendous sympathy for any intelligent kid forced to endure a high school education.

Actually you have me all kinds of wrong. I value the eyes of women above any feature and actually wouldn't know what to do with a set of tits that big. It is actually a turn off. She has a great set of peepers though.

I must have had 20 adults tell me at my graduation ceremony something to the effect of "Enjoy this time, because these are the best years of your life!" I wanted to punch every single one of them in their stupid fat faces.
