Amen.  Full disclosure, my power and gas bills this month were about the same as what they were the previous month and my power was off for one hour during the whole freeze.  Locked in rates for both and living in an area that they couldn't afford to not have us consume electricity.  As usual, the poor took it in the neck, literally in some cases.
