Really good stuff!  He never actually comes out and says anarchy but that seems to be the way he's leaning. 

Too bad he probably never read any Robert Heinlein who once had his main character opine, "Of course the game is rigged but you can't win if you don't play."  I'm placing what left I have of my hope in the hands of Gen Z.  If they turn out to as big of slackers as most of us were, it's probably game over.  It'll just be "turn on, tune in, and drop out" redux.
