The United States Flag Code, codified in Title 4 of the U.S. Code, Chapter 1, establishes advisory rules and customs for the display, handling, and respect of the national flag of the United States. It is considered a violation of the U.S. Flag Code to draw or write on it.

Just another thing they never believed but wanted to "fight the flag burners" with, as if that was some kind of mass conspiracy. It seems "Rules for Thee not for Me" trickles down all the way to Magatown.
