I love how you fail to see the similarities between the decadent, throwback white "society" in that article and the current state of affairs in the ghettoes of America.  In both cases, the violence is obviously a direct result of being dirt-ass poor and having no real way out of that situation. 

The black countries you mention I believe we've discussed before: they probably wouldn't be in the situation they're in if all of Europe hadn't show up in Africa centuries ago with the goal of sucking every dime out of the people and land that they could, then leaving when the inevitable famines and revolts started. 

Also: you don't have any idea about how evolution actually works.  Evolution is not a continual process of improvement: it is a continual process of SURVIVAL.  If the blacks have evolved to be more violent, it's because WHITEY EVOLVED HIM THAT WAY.  I'll leave it to you to figure the responsibilities that puts upon us concerning these people we've fucked over.

I hate to admit it, but I do agree with Fnord on this.....  It's irritating as hell when I'm supposed to feel guilty about something somebody else did over a hundred years ago.....  I'll only feel guilt for stuff that I had a direct decision making process in.....
