Does anyone know of a way to chemically sterilize them all without their knowledge?  We could start in India then move on to sterilizing the populations of all the third world shithole countries.

It's a good idea. The problem is making sure the process is human-specific. Air- and water-borne hormones spread out to the rest of the environment, and it would be nice to get the job done discretely. Hormones are probably the way to go, given their incredible potency per minute amount. The problem is delivery - how to sneak them into the food chain? A variety of approaches will no doubt be needed. One idea ripe with irony - sell them on the black market as a fertility drug.

This is from the Jewish Virtual Library:

Professor Dr. Carl Clauberg

      He experimented with sterilization in the camp. Part of Block No. 10 in the Main Camp was put at his disposal. Several hundred Jewish women from various countries lived in two large rooms on the second floor of the building. Clauberg developed a method of non-surgical mass sterilization that consisted of introducing into the female reproductive organs a specially prepared chemical irritant that produced sever inflammation. Within several weeks, the fallopian tubes grew shut and were blocked. Clauberg's experiments killed some of his subjects, and others were put to death so that autopsies could be performed.

      In June 1943, Clauberg wrote to Himmler:

          "The non-surgical method of sterilizing women that I have invented is now almost perfected . . . As for the questions that you have directed to me, sir, I can today answer them in the way that I had anticipated: if the research that I am carrying out continues to yield the sort of results that it has produced so far (and there is no reason to suppose that this shall not be the case), then I shall be able to report in the foreseeable future that one experienced physician, with an appropriately equipped office and the aid of ten auxiliary personnel, will be able to carry out in the course of a single day the sterilization of hundreds, or even 1,000 women."

If we decided on a similar technique, and convinced a volunteer agency such as Doctors Without Borders to perform the necessary non-surgical procedures, then the costs are fairly easy to calculate.

let p (for any given population) = women below the age of menopause 
let x = the number of units (1 doctor+10 auxilliary personnel) in the field
let y = the number of women a unit can sterilize in a day
let z = the cost per unit + medical supplies + transportation etc., per day 
let C = the total cost of sterilizing p

Then: (p/x*y) * z = C

And since the doctors and their assistants are volunteers, the cost should be manageable. This might be something to bring up with Bill Gate's charitable foundation. After all, it makes a lot more sense than giving crappy computers to nignogs.
