Common sense says baiting wild animals isn’t a good idea. Wearing shirts with slogans like “Obama is my slave,” or “Who Killed Obama?” when there is a possibility of encountering dangerous negro animals is like dumping blood in the ocean before going for a dive. I would be surprised if she collected damages, because a reasonable person could foresee the probability of a beating as a consequence of her actions.

I completely agree. Once the rules have been established that a certain segment of our society is allowed to act like bloody fucking animals, then the burden of responsibility is shifted to those that provoke them.
On the bright side, however, that really does bring the word "Niggers" right back into play.
