On the band's (No, not that Band) official site: Some lame-ass videos (Okay, the video for "Goliath" was rather amusing) for some cool fucking music (Grab them whilst you can - These guys have a history of being a bit "overly-sensitive" when it comes to such things).
Oh, and, a cool fucking java-driven game from the main page (Solving the puzzle gives you a pass-word to un-lock what appears to be the first track off of the forth-coming disc - A rather short piece; However, it most certainly rocks) . . . There's not much that I get excited about musically these days; But, I'm just wishing that I could get my "pre-order" out of the way now, and be done with it.

More seasonal stuff...
Unfortunately, the Waitresses didn't make a video for this song.
Now that the lead singer is dead, it will never happen...too bad.

Sex to techno? That's got to hurt. Can't remember last time I wanted to hear more than whimpers and squeals but it was sometime before 1980.

I meant the gringo inflection of Brazilian Portuguese. Listen to someone from, say, Portimão, Portugal, you'll swear you're hearing Spanish with a Russian accent.

In 1975, I was in Fayetteville, North Carolina for a while. I went to concert at the local "armory'. The boys in Rush opened that album for this band.

Winwood has sucked since he was allowed [took?] control of Traffic during it's last gasps; his solo efforts are seriously lacking. Spenser Davis was not his band.

And, moving right along . . .
Sorry - No down-load for this one.
As an after-thought, it occurred to me to throw this one in here.
{Post-Script: Unrelated image replaces original as - Apparently - some people still tend to get a bit "up-tight" when you "hot-link" from their site. Eh, who could have seen that one coming?}
Despite the misleading URL (i.e. "Part_1Part_2"), rest assured that this is indeed the second file:
Okay, so, I've been "indulging" a bit this morning; But, this video "cracks me up."
Likely old to most of you; But, I happened upon this whilst attempting to fix this bitch.
Right, then there's this (I'd advise that you grab it before Richard realizes that he's left a directory open - I don't expect that he'll be much pleased the next time that he checks his logs {"Oh, well - Oh, well."})

Damn! I'm glad I stopped listening to "Kill Mother Fucking Depeche Mode" back when they were still "industrial" Not that I have anything against techno, but most of it sounds the same. I was lucky enuf to see them open for Front 242.

Not really worthy of a separate thread, but as it's at least musical I'll post it here.

Love King Crimson, I was surprised to hear it as part of the soundtrack for "Children of Men"... then the imagery was ruined by that fucking pig balloon from Pink Floyd's Animals....I'm guessing it was a director's joke. Either that, or they've never bothered to take the thing down...
