When I worked in conventions and catering, there were people this insane booking conference rooms. Also, I once witnessed a wedding turn into a riot in the courtyard of the Philadelphia Embassy Suites. People are weird.

The audio quality and camera blocking is a dead giveaway of viral BS. We here him clearly at all times but not the clerks  or the other guests standing next to him or closer to the camera.

I doubt it is even captured footage. They rented the lobby for a shoot and put up a few cheap cameras at the ceiling.
