$3,035 for a comma and a an apostrophe? They drew them with a Sharpie for God's sake. An eyedropper of denatured alcohol and single q-tip will remove that from over oil based ink/paint. In the worst case you would need a 2 dollar paint pen for a touch up.
You nazis are overlooking the real crime. I have knocked heads with the hysterically correct Park Service before. Instead of using this oppertunity to fix the egregious grammer, they will return it's original hoorror so as to terrorize the dreams of George Or's minions for generations to come.

Here's a grainy photo of one of them. Anyone can do a FOIA. I'm guessing that they might want to go underground for awhile, though.

In the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the really popular trailheads have designated free speech zones. Every time I see one of those signs it sickens me a little, but I guess it's better than running into a pack of 9/11 Truthers out on Andrew's Bald.
(Actually, Andrew's Bald is notorious for being bear turf, so maybe we SHOULD let the Truthers do their outreach work there.)

Holy mother,
I have enough stress with reintergration back into our crazy culture when coming out of the woods after a good long commune with nature. Finding southern evangicals funded by Bush's faith based initiatives waiting at the trailhead to shove jeebus and down my throat and decrying the distribution of condoms to bushbabies in Africa or some such outrage would push me over the edge.
