I believe if votes of disapproval outnumber positive votes by nine or more it's out. Hell, even if isn't, I'll just do it that way anyway.

I've actually moved several new banners from restricted to open over the past couple of weeks, but missed SF's perspectives piece. Sorry about that, toots. However, I am going to lay down the law on banners with comic sans type face, Sig. Noseless men? No problem. Comic sans? Not on my watch.
