It's about time, Freedom of Speech is one thing however one is still responsible for their words. Hell even the 10 Commandments (one of the oldest codifications of civil law) says it: "Don't bear false witness"
Posting on Craigs List is comparable to putting up a flyer on the town hall bulliten board; however the law needs to be updated to recognize posting on forums as different and equivilant to casual conversation.
