Most people can fit into MRI machines.  I read a story a few years ago about New York hospitals sending huge fatasses to the Bronx Zoo for x-rays, scans and weighing, so it wasn’t an unreasonable suggestion.  The woman is an asshole if she expects society to automatically accommodate people whose proportions are way outside the normal scope of human variation.
