I think you're all being a little unfair. The questioner displays, for example, a nuanced understanding of communications machination. With the mere use of a question mark, he's taken a simple statement (ie., "Girlfriend aint had period since she got pregnant") and turned it into a complex and multi-layered inquiry, demonstrating a playful and creative understanding of syntax.
