This thread is dedicated to sofaking's laudable inability to deny her true nature and be Borged into Mormonism.

Or perhaps that is just her womanly pride.

So, High Street, what is your greatest sin?  I must be transgendered, as it is Pride closely followed by Sloth for me.

This is a tricky question to answer.  What one perceives about oneself may be gainsaid by those around one.

That said, I'm pretty sure Greed is my Number One.  I'm greedy about everything I like and I don't like to share.  Naturally, Gluttony follows a close second--I have trouble denying myself any pleasure that is at hand.

See, Bloodlust (different from mere anger) is not represented at all. Which would be my biggest sin. Must not be a sin (where's that axe I was looking for?)

I think the secretive org that wrote that are Catholic Janissaries. Kidnapped from few remaining pagan tribes still living in the hinterlands of Hungary. They were raised in the Vatican with no other knowledge of the outside world than Jesuit scholarship and the official catholic canon. It's the only way to explain the dumbassery.

I'm pretty well diversified in my sinning, and I don't favor one kind over the other.

I think fear should be a sin, if it isn't already, and I make way too many decisions based on "what's the worst that could happen" instead of the opposite, and it's a problem.

Wrath.  Definitely wrath.

And lying.  Wrath and lying.

Disgust and contempt.  They're not really sins in Jewslimtian religions but I consider them so.

I've violated 9 commandments.

Take your pick.

Oops, you said 7... ok, Pride....

The Apostolic Penitentiary, one of the Vatican's most secretive departments, wrote:

The revised list included seven modern sins it said were becoming prevalent during an era of "unstoppable globalisation".

These included: genetic modification, experiments on the person, environmental pollution, taking or selling illegal drugs, social injustice, causing poverty and financial greed.

7 more?!!  At least I’m innocent of the last 3.

I'm glad the Catholic church is continuing to focus on things that are relevant.

Okay, so...marijuana is not a sin in Jamaica, but it is in Texas?  How about Alaska or Massachusetts?  And liquor is totally okay?  If you live in a state with blue laws, is drinking on Sunday a sin, or not?  If it is a sin, does the sin start at 12:00 a.m. Sunday, or at 12:01?  Or at sunrise?  Is Zoloft a sin if you don't have a prescription?

I'm going to need a spreadsheet or something...How does Jesus keep track of all this shit?

Lust. Definitely lust. And envy. Oh, and greed. I'm pretty good with greed. But, yeah, lust. Definitely lust.

I have people.  Hell is one big cubicle farm that does sin accounting all day and goes to meetings and sensitivity training all night.

Lust.  Not acted on, but a slow burn.

Well, sloth certainly wouldn't follow anything very closely, would it?

Oddly enough (Considering my pseudonym), lust is probably the only of the "seven deadly sins" that I "suffer" and even that one is questionable.  I mean, sure, I can be a horny, perverted bastard on occasion; But, to what extent compared to the populace at large?  I mean, I've never "taken a wide-stance" in a public bath-room or any-thing like that (Hell, I won't even defecate in one if I can avoid it).
