While the inmate record is new, the photo's a hat. It's on The Smoking Gun; I believe it ran here entirely because of that unfortunate picture.

They are two separate pictures. His shirt color is different in the pictures and his hair is neater in the later picture with the orange shirt.

I used to live near woods, and when we hiked, we kept finding MASSIVE piles of used spray paint cans and paint-filled Mrs. Baird's Bread plastic (huff)bags. We think it was just one guy doing it all. Gold and silver colors exclusively. My advice? Go for the gold!
