So, let me see if I get this straight:
1) Everyone starts debating if we are wining the War on Terror under budget pressure.
2) The FBI provides a couple of losers with fake explosives and points them towards some temples and a fifth string military base.
3) Hilarity ensues.
4) DHS and FBI budgets get tripled.
