I think I'm going to put a Louisiana spin on it and make me up some hairy raw oysters. However, my recipe calls for couscous concentrated in the upper portion of the oyster and arranged in a heart shaped pattern.

I can't figure out the black spaghetti. Usually the color of pasta corresponds to a food additive: green = spinach, etc. What's this shit cut with? Beets? Blood? Poo?
