This case needs to be dismissed with prejudice! A tornado is “an act of God” and when someone is stupid enough to drive right into one, they should be grateful the car landed on all four wheels and the only injuries were a few cuts.

Really, it was hardly worth posting, but I loved the fact that the mother was warned that there were tornadoes, but was concerned that her crotchfruit weren't being properly cared for, so she drove them out into the middle of a tornado, where the resulting incident caused their eyes to be gouged out.
