Just a note for future posters, if you use the IMG BBCode tags like this:

instead of using the <img> tags, then on replies the picture will be converted automatically to a URL and it won't keep showing the same huge picture for every reply.

Suspicious you may be, but I see no evidence of scarring from implants, and as I say, my ex has boobs just like that, so I know it's entirely possible.
