It wasn't until Beck left CNN to go to Fox News that his brain turned to Swiss cheese; when he was with the former, he claimed that everything he said on TV had to go through a fact-checker.  However, I did like him when he was at CNN...

Biblical end times teachings and Beck's theories probably have a similar number of believers with a lot of overlap. I would hope their percentage of the population small, but as recent history shows, politicians will listen to the crazies if they are loud enough often enough. Thankfully, the end time crazies were disappointed by the politicians and pulled their support. At the rate he's going, Beck will soon begin ranting about jews or something equally off limits and have his show terminated.
