The son’s observations correspond with what I’ve noticed about the rabidly “pro-life” men I’ve encountered over the years.  Most of them truly do have a profound hatred of women and want to see them banished from the workplace and public life and imprisoned in their homes under the control of male relatives.  The very few women involved in “pro-life” activities tend to be married to these misogynistic assholes or else suffer from severe emotional disturbances.
