I'm not long on exposition unlike most of you, so I'll merely state I'd proudly display this fine artwork as my Thanksgiving meal centerpiece.

Perhaps an ode to Pink Flamingos?
Ahhh.. one of my favourite films. And, hey, ya gotta love John Waters' attention to detail...
"The dog feces in the infamous final scene are real. According to director John Waters, the dog was fed steak for three days beforehand."
Oh, and if we ever have a High-Street/Cruel convention, I want this guy to be the guest speaker....

Pink Flamingos was great, and the chicken scene was memorable to say the least.
I think what makes this particular work interesting is the fact it's in on display in a gallery in Beijing. The artist must have told the government minders that the artwork represents capitalism raping the proletariat.

If you like John Waters, go buy/rent "A Dirty Shame". Hilarious. It's one of his newer releases.
Here in HonTown, we love teh John Waters. He's the home town hero.
