Across the street, Michael Dent was working in his third-floor loft. He saw what he thought was someone assembling a firearm, so he took some photos and called the police.
Ahh, life with nosy, activist neighbors is never much fun. But at least he took pictures first, as any really frightened person would, naturally. I am sure he probably tweeted, posted to facebook and put them in his flickr stream as well.
Me, I saw a guy rolling a joint in his lap while waiting to pick his kids up from school two days ago. But that would probably not have elicited much comment from your average Torontian.

You know, as soon as the climate catastrophe comes to pass, and the Gulf Stream shifts position and turns the frozen north into a fertile and temperate paradise, I am so moving to Canada. Even the fucking SWAT cops are polite in Canada.
