No, they just have buddies down in the database department who can delete records and adjust balances. I lived next door to a Treasury DBA years ago and he said that they were always zeroing out delinquent balances and removing court liens on refunds and the like for fellow treasury employees.

Neither shocked nor interested. Why did you think you could bring this to our attention? Governmental malfeasance is older than all of us, put together. Were you trying to be political? Did you think you were pointing out something about the US elect or bureaucrats that we did not already know?
