In all of my (admittidly generally pretty short) flights, I can't say as I have ever been given a comment card on an airplane. Is it typical?

I have flown quite a bit in my time and have never filled out or been offered a comment card. I did send an email to the Customer Service Director at Continental Airlines about the unprofessional behavior of their security personnel in Amsterdam and he never bothered to reply to me. In the years since when I’ve booked flights for myself or my computer illiterate older relatives I’ve avoided booking a Continental flight. Not giving me the courtesy of a reply has cost Continental many thousands of dollars in lost bookings from my family since I act as the family travel agent.

Edit: My first thought when I saw the title was Jay Leno had finally been made to pay!

Jeez. Even before all bullshit we have to endure nowadays, anyone with an IQ higher than 80 knew better than to crack any sort of jokes about this shit. They should have just pushed him out the door of the plane and continued on.
