It has to be fake - there's no blood. the first shot he's aiming pretty high and she reacts like it hit her in the stomach. there's no bullet wound on her anywhere in the first two shots. the camera that filming isnt a security cam - its slowly panning with the action. the only thing that is real in this whole video are the shells coming out of the gun. maybe he shot blanks?

Real?: You can shoot someone with a reasonably small automatic and/or use quality ammo and not have through shots. And any hit is going to cause the body to spasm, looking like a gut shot. The first shot may look high, but you can see muzzleblast ruffle the blouse right between her tits.

The video appears to have been taken by a handheld video camera pointed at a computer (video mixer? surveillance station?) display of two surveillance camera feeds. Note the "Camera 3" and "Camera 4" at the bottom of the screens...and an adjacent computer desktop image. The surveillance camera feeds themselves appear to be from stationary cameras.
The women WERE somewhat alarmed by the gorilla pulling his gun--he temporarily prevented two women from splitting---but you have to wonder why all the women in the place weren't MORE freaked. Maybe they all were used to being terrorized by the guy.
