Holy shit that was bad.  I once had 14 rentals and I thought I had seen some pretty awful stuff.  I had a guy raise pigs in the garage and cut a hole in the side of it so they could roam in the back yard, but nothing compares to the dirtbag these people rented to.

Nawww, different houses. The first house should have had a human body of its own, to make the experience complete THERE. hahahh 
My mother had renters trash out a place. One to two feet of paper-and-dogshit everywhere, house full of biting fleas, a bloating dead dog in a garbage bag, rats boring out of walls---a repairman witnessed a rat gnaw out of a wall!---flooded bathroom with smashed commode, French doors broken, large bags of moldy rice, all appliances ruined. The coup de grace: a beautiful wooden deck destroyed when the renters cut a huge hole in it so their pregnant dog (which slept underneath) could come and go. Note: The renters ran a restaurant! Needless to say, my mother sold the house after cleaning/renovation, and never handled rental properties again.

A friend of mine had to totally rework HIS rent house---$16,000 bill---after tenants let their many pet cats fill the house with urine. The soaked carpets squished with pee when walked on, and the SMELL...
