Oh yeah, that's it. The Mexicans. And it had nothing to do with the profligate spending practices.

Sheesh. I have a CA State Agency as a client and they call me up at the closing of  most fiscal years saying that they need to buy something. Anything. The first time it happened I consoled them that they did not need any of the outlandishly expensive un-applicable upgrades they requested.  They said no they had to buy them because they had to spend their total budget. Otherwise they were afraid they would not get approved for the budget increases they requested for the next year.

Mexicans have nothing to do with. Prop 13 has a great deal to do with it.

On the other hand, think of all the fucking morons who call 911 to order fries and shit. Maybe they should charge those people and then everyone else could get the free service.

California is in the toilet.

I would say that it's profligate spending on the Mexicans. And crack whore baby factories. And teachers unions. Fuckin' teachers get "tenure" after pretending to teach for 2 years at which time they have an iron rice bowl for life, regardless of how poorly their students learn anything.

California is the shining example of how to buying votes with public money is a non sustainable practice. You can't pay  everyone all of the time.

Regardless, $48 for the year or a $300 dollar hit when you finally make the call??

Where the fuck does the $300 come from?

kim

its the mexicans. and all the other illegal immigrants that hide out in this fucking state, living 10 to a 1 bedroom, not paying taxes, or hardly any real bills either (that everyone else is fucking required to pay), littering our fucking streets and beaches, and getting away with driving a piece of shit car that hasn't passed smog for the past 5 years, collecting unemployment every 6-7 months, etc, etc.

Actually it is both, and a lot more shit, - the pointless board of directors within the state committees making so much fucking money a year to meet the required 2 times a year (where they argue about how they can't get anything done because where will they find the money), or the projects they can't fucking finish because they were bad ideas in the first place and a waste of money that shouldn't have even been used in the first place. Or what about the celebrities that owe thousands of dollars in state taxes and for some reason no-one can find them and apparently it is impossible to garnish their wages.

Could it be the $800 state tax min that (even small) businesses are required to pay each year? No, couldn't be that. The ridiculous traffic violation fines? What is California's COLA currently? Could it be the $12 day pass parking at the beaches?

But seriously, it's the mexicans.

It's the Ultra-Liberal/Union agenda - the Ultra-Liberals want to make the world all lovey-dovey and the Unions want to make sure it's their people who have it all lovey-dovey.

Public employee unions?  That's a contradiction in terms from the git-go, the fucking guy negotiating with the Union will receive the benefits he's negoating for!!!  Public employees don't need unions and unions should not be allowed to run political messages in the media or donate to political campaigns - cut and fucking dried.
