That poor girl! Being punished with a mud sprog because her stupid misguided parents decided to help an illegal alien break this country's immigration laws.
Edit: Never mind. The town is over half black and about one third White, so the odds are the thirteen year old girl was black. Getting pregnant at thirteen is perfectly normal for a black girl so this is no big deal.

Not really. The poor blacks here are crammed into a handful of dense pockets around downtown, so Cincinnati news stories are usually more flavourful than the examples listed above. Add in the near suburbs of Cinci and the percentage drops by half at least. Include the connecting cities of northern Kentucky and it drops again to somewhere around 15%. Kinda like Columbus or Indianapolis.
