Begs back to the original question: If you could "cure" your young child of being gay, would you?

In this case, the cure is far worse than the perceived problem. It promises to cause profound alterations in the personalities of the female fetuses who receive this treatment, most of whom would grow up to be heterosexual with or without treatment.

Without a doubt the approach is misguided and foolish, the causes of teh geh are far more complex than our technology can currently percieve and it is highly unlikely that there will ever be such a thing as "a cure".
Or on the other hand it could turn out to be like cervical cancer which is actually caused by a virus; just give little gay Johnny an innoculation and he'll spend the rest of his life merrily breeding away.

from Pho's link...
Dexamethasone is a potent synthetic member of the glucocorticoid class of steroid drugs. It acts as an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant. Its potency is about 20-30 times that of the naturally occurring hormone hydrocortisone and 4-5 times of prednisone.
I wonder what pyrethrins will do to human fetal development? I wonder if there's a research grant in it?
