I'm all atwitter at the thought of TV series about a comic book occultist with a maniacal obsession for taking over the dreams of other comic book characters. And as a plus the series includes a soap opera and online games. Whoa, I'm stoked.

Of course I do, and I've never been a comic book fan. Further, with the exception of the Dark Knight Batman movie, I can't think of a comic book inspired movie that was worth a shit. Not that he had anything to do with any of them. I think Moore is an occultist or a Pagan, New Age spiritualist, or whatever, which I assume is where the two of you connect.

Tho he hates the interpretations of his works on film... V for Vendetta, From Hell, stand out in my mind. Pick either of these up in the Comic form and tell me it isn't a decent illustrated novel.
I have connections to him through friends, and yes I enjoy his thinking process:
Thank You, I will be here off and on for the day!

As I said, I have never been a comic book fan. So, in that respect, I really don't know his work. In my original post I was mocking the blogger for being so breathless about the prospect of Moore writing for a TV show. Moore seems like an interesting enough old freak.

I gave up on graphic novels, not because I don't think some of them are quite good, but because the medium just doesn't work for me as a good way to tell a story.
I did "read" Watchmen, though, and it's amazing. I highly recommend it.

At one time I was into graphic short stories, Warren style.
