Once the Treasury gets this sorted out, they should require all the old $100 bills to be turned in for new ones within 1 year.  At the end of that period, the old ones become worthless.  This would ferret out all the drug and arms money floating around on the black market.  Imagine the drug cartels panicking as they search for a way to redeem warehouses full of US currency?

Nah, I'd rather them either pay for it with the erroneous $110b or regulate the pharmaceutical industry that charges upwards and beyond FIVE TIMES the AMOUNT for the SAME EXACT medicine and procedures provided in other industrial nations with universal health care.  Even from a business POV, any dollar a company does not have to shell out for health care is another dollar dedicated to R&D or the O Holy Shareholder.  Look at Germany and the Auto Industry there for a good example.  Since they do not have to pay money for workers' health care, they can develop superior cars.

The Federal Reserve, those that print our money, have nothing to do with our government. Well except for loaning us money of course. This would negate your point of argument against universal health care. And if you don't believe the Fed is not part of our government, simply look them up in the phone book. They are not listed in the government pages because they are not run by, owned by, or have anything to do with the government of this country.
