And that's the gist of it, Paul. I believe, too, I can speak as an authority: I have, after all, created probably hundreds of banners the vast majority of which were entirely unremarkable or even memorable. I've made many which make me cringe now when I see them. Many more sit in  my files never to be seen by anyone other than myself or whoever decides to go poking around in my hard drive. I made a few I'm unreasonably proud of and a number which the morons here at HS failed utterly to see the brilliance thereof.

You've made several which have been fun - Lulz and Ordure is my current fave - but it's disheartening to find yet another load of not-terribly-interesting banners which must be uploaded when I know they're not terribly funny or even provocative. Keep creating them, upload the best of them, and then - per usual - we'll continue to allow the cretins of High Street to vote them up or down.

As one of my old writing professors once observed: everyone should write poetry. Not all poetry, however, should be published.
