Haggis pretty much matches these eastern delicacies. Not much fare out there includes lung as an ingredient. A recipie in a book I have calls for the trachea, still attached to the lungs, to be draped over the side of the vessel in which the offal is being boiled, with a vessel underneath the trachea "to catch the horrid impurities that will drip forth."
Of course, it's better if the sheep was a non-smoker.
