Thanks Forti, yes I was referring to the US. After W went into two land wars without a congressional declaration and then abandoned one to fend for itself, it takes balls to attack Obama for launching a few missiles into Libya.

I know you can be pretty thick Paul, but it was not I who was attacking Obama for launching an undeclared war. It was Obama who was doing so. I believe he has every right to order military action. As inconceivable as it seems, he is, afterall, the Commander in Chief.
