People in Colorado already can! A buddy's neighbor called the cops on him, and when he showed his medical marijuana card, the cop said "Sorry to bother you" and left. Thank Goddess for a little sanity in the world!

You would have to be a fucking pothead to need to undertake a study like that. Any clear headed person could answer that hypothesis with, "Uh, yeah".

Yep, plain stoopid. You can grow high octane weed anywhere with no topsoil, a 3 month growing season and 9,000 ft above sea level. (Frisco, CO, 1975) If there's a hardier plant, I don't it.
