No matter how avant-garde and cool she thinks she is being, by the time the future gets here all Grandchild will do is roll its eyes in exaggerated embarrassment.
I often think of how weird it'll be when what's left of my generation hits the nursing homes; but a decade or so after that, man, the tattoos-and-piercings generation's gonna show up there...I wonder if they'll still want all their pubes shaved off at that age? Kids: drop out of nursing school, now.

Why do you think hospitals and nursing homes are increasingly staffed by Filipinos, Mexicans, and Jamaicans? American kids can see the writing in the bedpan.
