I have been reading up on the bitcoin and it's an interesting solution to the problem of tracing money in a digital society. The biggest issue right now is the fluctuation of the exchange rate. It moves huge amounts every day because people decide they NEED to have a bitcoin to commit a transaction and so they need to buy it, jacking the rate. You could make much more real money trading in bitcoin futures than you could in trading actual products, until that day when someone engineers a way around the limiting process and makes them worthless.
