I've known many little yellow kittens who were hell on wheels. I have no idea why they're like that. They're not bad-tempered, just incredibly savage little beasts, always ready to lay on the teeth & claws just as hard as they can.
I knew several who (with enough positive human interaction) grew up to be awesome cats--good-natured, intelligent moggies who enjoy human company. Excellent hunters, as well. There's one like that hanging around my back porch right now.
I have no idea what this has to do with their being yellow, but there you are.

I also have a thing for ginger cats. I recently bonded with one owned by a friend I was staying with. They do seem to have personality in spades.

I know the routine on that one. Of the five cats that became a part of my household since I moved into my house sixteen years ago, all but one of them were cats that found their way into my back yard and simply refused to leave.
