It sounds like he's an abusive dickhead. Either he dumped her when she was sex months pregnant, or she realized what a nightmare her life would be with this asshole. In either case, she realized she wanted nothing to do with him and his spawn and cut her losses. Giving birth to his no doubt defective spawn would have tied her to him for the rest of her life because of child support and custody shit. She did the right thing; both because the father is ugly and abusive, and because it would be difficult to develop an attachment to a child whose father she had already developed a dislike for (and probably fear of) before the child's birth.
