I can't find it, but there was an episode of SNL from 1991 with Kirstie Alley with a sci-fi spoof called "The Women with Eyes on Their Breasts", where they had naturally evolved with eyes down there so that men would look them in the eyes.  The punch line at the end was, "Next Week:  The Women with Mattresses for Backs!"
