It's unfortunate that court costs are so high that she can bully people into settling.  She needs to be called up to the bench by a judge and smacked with the gavel.

The other thing she doesn't realize is that the stereotype that these kinds of claims are made-up bullshit to rip-off the whiteys is completely REINFORCED by this kind of asshole.  She's actually making it worse for minorities and increasing *-ism by choosing this lifestyle.
